So Thor’s 17 year old sister, Alex and her boyfriend, Eric, dragged us to laser tag Saturday night. Yes, that’s right laser tag. And you know what? I am SO doing a laser tag party for my 36th birthday.

We’re at dinner tonight with Thor’s family, everyone’s chatting, eating, enjoying their cocktails when out of the blue Quinn says, “Mommy, before I have a kid I have to make money.”
What??? Where does he come up with this stuff? He is FOUR. Remember?

Quinn: Daddy I really want you to try these pocksoes (aka popscicles). I think you will really like them, Daddy, they’re really good.
Thor: I don’t really want one.
Q: Yes, Daddy you have to have one they’re really so good.
T: Okay, I want you to eat some spicy food.

My masthead is back, though I can’t say that my brain is. Between road trips, house construction, conferences, business trips and server hacking — and not to mention work and child-rearing — I fear my brain has been reduced to a useless gelatinous mass.
