Mommybrain

My masthead is back, though I can’t say that my brain is. Between road trips, house construction, conferences, business trips and server hacking — and not to mention work and child-rearing — I fear my brain has been reduced to a useless gelatinous mass.

My poor mother who is currently in Australia with my dad visiting my brother and his family (who live in Sydney) has been sending fretful “are you alive?” and “are you mad at me?” emails because I actually haven’t even had enough free minutes at the same time to compose an email to her. And my best friend in Seattle thinks I’ve disowned her due to my lack of response at her attempts at communication and the fact that I haven’t finished posting the photos from the 2nd half of our trip.
And I’m actually now out of time for this blog post. I never really had the time to begin with.
